What Is Electronic Signature

Electronic Signature is defined by the data in electronic form that are attached to other electronic data or linked logically to that electronic data and used for authentication.

According to Electronic Signature Law 5070 published on January 15, 2004;

Electronic signature; has the same legal effect as that of a handwritten signature.

It ensures that, in electronic transactions, the information sent has not been altered during the process, or it belongs to the person who sent it and cannot be denied.
