Our Information Security Management System Policy
Information is the most important asset in E-GÜVEN's business operations. Any person who uses information assets and sources or provides information at E-GÜVEN is responsible for protecting such information assets.
The most critical of all information assets and sources for E-GÜVEN is customer data which should be protected with great care, kept confidential, accessed when necessary and should be accurate and complete.
As one of the corporate values, confidentiality is important and all types of personal information is kept confidential. Unless the owner of the information desires, and unless authorized or legally required, no information is shared with third parties.
The complexity and high number of requirements concerning the use, location and protection of information necessitate comprehensive information security processes and policies. Thus information security risks are assessed, risks are prioritized and necessary measures are taken by the people responsible for information in accordance with the defined instructions and policies.
Reliable objective information and all technological tools and means are used in the decisions and actions taken. Actions are taken not according to instinct, feelings or what seems to be right but according to objective principles based on scientific and technological facts. To ensure this, information is transferred from reliable sources, adopted and actions are taken based on this information. Technological investments are made using the resources efficiently and thus ongoing development in the organization is achieved.
Therefore, planning, implementation, monitoring and improvement of the information security management system is carried out in accordance with the ISO-IEC 27001 Information Security Management System Standard and other supporting standards. Suitable business continuity methods are used to ensure continuity of business activities.
Employee, business partner, stakeholder and service supplier compliance with this standard is ensured by ISMS training and if necessary using service contracts. According to the above mentioned steps, E-GÜVEN's management is responsible for ensuring that customer services are reliable, continuous and sustainable.
