INFORMATION NOTICE ON CLOSED-CIRCUIT TELEVISION RECORDING SYSTEMS
This Information Notice has been prepared to provide information regarding the processing of personal data collected via closed-circuit television recording systems used on the Company’s premises by Elektronik Bilgi Güvenliği Anonim Şirketi (“Company”).

a) Methods and Legal Grounds for the Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data is collected via closed-circuit television recording systems installed on the Company’s premises. It is also collected via e-mail, electronically or in physical form during your job application. Your personal data collected based on the legal grounds specified in this Information Notice may be processed and shared subject to the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, for the purposes of ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-business security of individuals in a business relationship with the Company and ensuring the security of the Company’s premises.
c) Recipients and Purposes of Sharing Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with legally authorized institutions and organizations for the purposes of ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-business security of relevant parties in a business relationship with the Company and ensuring the security of the Company’s premises, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
d) Rights of Data Subjects and Exercise of the Rights
If you submit your requests regarding the rights specified below to the Company through one of the methods specified in the Elektronik Bilgi Güvenliği A.Ş. Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy available at [www.eguven.com], our Company will evaluate and conclude your request as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 (thirty) days.
