Project Signature-free Processes

İpek Kağıt, an established and respectable company in the sanitary paper industry has implemented Signature-free Processes projects in which Sign&Send product is used  both to save time and money but also to reflect its environmental consciousness in its business processes. İpek Kağıt believed that the processes that require approval of financial department staff and senior executives of the company should be done in a more secure and faster way and therefore the project was implemented for the Finance Department. With the project, all processes that previously required written instructions for banks and signatures of managers have been transferred to the digital environment.

Managers can review and sign documents on their mobile phones using their mobile signatures anytime and anywhere.

Banks no longer carry the risk of performing transactions with missing signatures.
