Signed Payroll Project

Opet has completed many important projects with its innovative vision and now integrates e-signature to its business processes both to comply with the requirement of the new Labor Law and to improve efficiency. Pursuant to the article in the law stating, "Companies are required to provide receipts showing the details of the payments they make to their employees and these receipts should be signed by or bear the special mark of the respective company", Opet has cooperated with the sector leader E-GÜVEN and Eczacıbaşı Bilişim integrated e-signature product of E-GÜVEN to Opet's infrastructure. With this project, Opet has started to provide e-payroll receipts with valid time stamps and qualified digital certificate pursuant to the Electronic Signature Law no 5070 to its employees.

With this project, the company plans to

effectively meet its responsibilities as per the labour law,
improve its employee loyalty and employer brand.
